This facility complements the current weekly list distributed to wholesalers by the ARC, only wholesalers (Head Office and their Branch Offices) can access this online facility.
You will need to contact ARC on 1300 884 483 to obtain your Username & Password before you can use this facility.
Click on the “RTA Check” button to log in.
Logging on to the search facility will allow wholesalers to check an expiry date of authorised permits at their convenience.
Access to the search facility will provide “real-time” data on the status of RTA holders without the need to rely solely on the weekly list distributed by ARC.
The user will be able search by specific AU Number or Organisation Name and the following data would be returned on successful login:
- AU Number
- Organisation Name
- Residential Address, City, State and Postcode
- ABN Number (if supplied) and
- RTA expiry date
